Professional opinion: August is normally a "slower" month for us in terms of business with school starting and people vacationing but with this year and everyone staying home during pandemic we saw a very similar spring numbers which tells us there is still plenty of buyers in our market. Texoma is still experiencing a volume shortage of sellers so the few sellers that are out there have been successful in getting closing to their list price. We need more houses to sell!
