Professional opinion: June was a better month production wise than May we since we had more closings. Average price per square foot came down a little bit but sellers continued to get 97% of listing price. I think its a great time to sell and upgrade or to build. Older houses continue to get great sales prices while new construction is remaining affordable compared to higher priced older homes.
