February 2020 Market Report.

Professional opinion: The winter months normally can favor a buyer in getting a better price because not many people are moving around Christmas or the holidays. We saw in February 2020 avg price per sq foot go down but the sellers were still getting 97% of their asking price so that tells us we are still serving a sellers market. If you look at how many current listings we have we almost tripled our January inventory so the sellers are starting to increase and we should see more listings in March as we head into spring season.
