Professional opinion: May in Texoma is par for the course compared to 2019 data on closed sales in May. What is nice to see is new constructions going up in sales, this May we had $126 price per square foot on houses newer than 1980
Values continue to rise as new employees move into the area for work, people are upgrading their homes with new constructions still going on. All of these are strong signs are market is healthy and growing.
